Job Title: Payroll Specialist

Anchor QEA is seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to support our payroll function. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting with data capturing and administrative tasks in the payroll process.

Responsibilities:
  • Audit timesheets to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Process payroll from end to end, including posting payroll GL tasks
  • Help staff with payroll queries and provide excellent customer service
Requirements:
  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience
  • 2 years of end-to-end payroll processing experience in multi-state environments
  • Excellent attention to detail and multitasking abilities
  • Verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work under deadline pressure and maintain a high level of accuracy
