Job Title: Clinical Quality Improvement Specialist

**About the Role:**
We are seeking a skilled Clinical Quality Improvement Specialist to join our team at Disability Solutions. This is an exciting opportunity for a healthcare professional with a passion for quality improvement and patient-centered care.

In this role, you will work closely with our leadership team to identify areas for improvement in our hospice program and develop initiatives to drive quality enhancements. Your expertise will help us meet the highest standards of care and exceed customer expectations.

About the Position:
This is a full-time position with a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience. The successful candidate will have a strong background in healthcare quality improvement, with excellent communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities:
- Perform ongoing quality assessment through data collection and analysis as directed by VITAS Policies, Procedures, and Standards.
- Work with hospice program leadership to identify quality and performance trends and areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives, including training programs and process improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive quality enhancements and improve patient outcomes.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in healthcare quality improvement, with a focus on hospice care.
- Strong knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid regulations and state licensure laws.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
