**Job Summary:**

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Engineer to join our team at Lone Star Blower and Compressor. The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Engineering Technology, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and a proven track record of improving processes and driving results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and improve existing processes to drive better productivity and cost effectiveness.
  • Identify and implement changes to improve employee, facility, and system performance.
  • Develop and implement project plans to achieve business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive results and improve processes.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of projects.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering or Engineering Technology (Industrial Engineering preferred).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial engineering or a related field.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven track record of improving processes and driving results.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
