About the Role

Estimated Salary: $100,000 - $130,000 per year

Job Description

This is a key leadership role in our company, responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our production team. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and execution.

Responsibilities
  • Identify areas for improvement and develop recommendations for process changes.
  • Implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.

  • Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and optimize processes.
Requirements
  • B.S. in Industrial Engineering or related field.
  • 3-7 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, process engineering, or industrial engineering.
  • Proficiency in Lean Six Sigma Manufacturing principles and tools.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Certification in Microsoft Office applications.
