The Client Onboarding Specialist is a vital position at BK Healthcare Management, responsible for ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience for families seeking our services. This role plays a crucial part in our mission to provide high-quality care to children with autism.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clear and professional information to families inquiring about our services, maintaining a warm and empathetic tone.
  • Obtain and provide detailed benefits information to clients and their guardians.
  • Gather and file necessary documentation for each client, ensuring compliance with insurance standards and requirements.
  • Follow up with parents to ensure all documentation is received and coordinate with various departments to provide periodic updates on client enrollment status.
  • Maintain organized client files and records, addressing insurance-related concerns that arise during the initial stages.
  • Expand access to BK's life-changing ABA services by cultivating and strengthening relationships with schools, physicians, health systems, and other organizations that refer families for autism care.
Requirements
  • Spanish speaking proficiency.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Sciences or a related field (preferred).
  • Previous intake experience and insurance model familiarity (preferred).
  • Exceptional attention to detail, decision-making, and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong written, oral, and interpersonal skills, with a positive attitude and concern for others.
  • Computer proficiency and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
