We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to join our HealthONE Division C.A.R.E. Float Pool team in the Emergency Department. As a Seasonal Float Pool RN, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with a talented team of healthcare professionals.
Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality patient care in the Emergency Department, utilizing the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care and communication.
- Participate in the development and implementation of patient care plans, ensuring that patient needs are met and exceeded.
- Provide education and support to patients and families, promoting health and wellness.
- Contribute to the growth and development of the healthcare team, sharing knowledge and expertise to improve patient outcomes.
- Current licensure in the State of Colorado as a Registered Nurse, or current active multi-state/compact Registered Nurse license.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross required at time of hire.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Certification required at time of hire.
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) required at time of hire.
- Trauma Nurse Core Curriculum (TNCC) required at time of hire.
- Graduate of a certified School of Nursing. BSN strongly preferred.
- Minimum of at least one year of RN Emergency Department (ER) experience in acute care.
