Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Float Pool team at Rose Medical Center. As a Float Pool RN, you will provide high-quality patient care to a variety of medical and surgical units, utilizing your expertise and experience to deliver exceptional outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care to medical and surgical patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Float to various units as needed, providing flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and evidence-based care.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment, promoting a culture of excellence and patient-centered care.
Requirements
  • Current licensure in the State of Colorado as a Registered Nurse.
  • BSN degree or equivalent experience.
  • Current BLS certification through American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
  • Specific certifications required by the nursing areas assigned to.
  • Experience in medical and surgical nursing, with a focus on telemetry and critical care.
