About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, where you will have the chance to develop your clinical skills and expertise. As a Float Pool RN, you will be responsible for providing care to patients in various units, including critical care, surgical services, medical surgical, procedural, women's services, ED, and behavioral health.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care in various units and departments
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to identify and meet patient needs
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of safety
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • RN License required; Current state nursing licenses or RN license from a participating state in the National Licensure Compact
  • Nursing Diploma or Associates Degree in Nursing required; Bachelors Degree in Nursing preferred
  • BLS from the American Heart Association required
  • Nursing skills and knowledge base specific to unit type or specialty area
