Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Medical Surgical Float Pool team at HCA HealthONE Rose. As a Float Pool RN, you will provide high-quality patient care to a diverse range of patients, utilizing your expertise and critical thinking skills to deliver exceptional outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care to medical surgical patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Utilize critical thinking and problem-solving skills to address complex patient needs
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
Requirements
  • Current licensure in the State of Colorado as a Registered Nurse
  • Current BLS Certification through American Heart Association or American Red Cross
  • BSN degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience in medical surgical nursing, with a focus on telemetry and float pool care
