We are seeking a seasoned and ambitious Float Pool Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at Rose Medical Center. As a Float Pool RN, you will have the opportunity to utilize your specialized skills and unit-specific competencies to provide high-quality patient care in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to patients in the Medical Surgical Telemetry Unit, utilizing your advanced knowledge and skills in nursing.
- Oversee and direct the care of Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and assistive personnel, maintaining final accountability for the care given to assigned patients.
- Rotate to other areas of the hospital as needed, performing only those duties for which you have demonstrated competency.
- Current licensure in the State of Colorado as a Registered Nurse, or current active multistate Registered Nurse license.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification with the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
- Additional certifications required based on specialty unit (ACLS, PALS, STABLE, TNCC, ENPC, and/or NRP).
- Graduate of an Accredited School of Nursing; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree desirable.
- Two years' nursing experience minimum with specialty in acute care required.
