Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Strategic Scaffolding Manager to lead our Nordic expansion efforts.

As the Head of Scaffolding Industry in this region, you will be responsible for creating, developing, and growing our AT-PAC organization throughout the Nordic countries, including Sweden, Norway, Denmark, and Finland.

You will work closely with sales, operations, engineering, and product development teams in our existing UK region, as well as with our Headquarters in Atlanta, USA. You will report directly to the Regional Director of the UK & Nordics.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for the industrial scaffolding segment in the Nordic Region.
  • Oversee the creation and execution of the industrial scaffolding strategy for the Nordic countries.
  • Lead the development of the branch network strategy throughout the region, focusing on collaboration with existing Doka country entities.
  • Drive operational excellence and safety within the operating team.
  • Build awareness and drive the mindset for the new AT-PAC business area scaffolding entity.
  • Collaborate with the Regional Director UK & Nordics and local teams to set strategic targets for the industrial scaffolding segment.
  • Built relationships with relevant stakeholders and industrial contacts within the region.
  • Analyze market opportunities, focusing on different customer groups (existing and new) as well as projects and maintenance opportunities.
  • Sales process for scaffolding industry:
  • Coordinate pre-qualification processes to approach potential clients, express interest of bidding and ensure successful pre-qualification of the company.
  • Review necessary requirements to work in specific projects (approvals/permits/licenses) and work on their fulfillment.
  • Win new business by coordinating requirements as well as developing and negotiating contracts.
  • Communicate intensively with clients, consultants, and project managers.
