Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough client consultations to determine the best fit for our practice, while providing empathetic and professional service to all clients.
  • Organize and maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, including data entry and paperwork management.
  • Perform various administrative tasks, such as managing spreadsheets, writing correspondence, and transcribing notes, to ensure seamless office operations.
  • Collaborate with our marketing team to develop and implement initiatives that foster relationships with other attorneys and grow our client base.
  • Coordinate and manage attorney schedules, including client consultations, to optimize caseload growth.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathize with clients and provide professional service.
  • Strong data entry, spreadsheet management, and computer skills, with experience in CRM and case management software a plus.
  • Previous experience in customer service or sales, or a related field, is preferred.
