Position Summary:

As a Lift Operator, you will be responsible for the safe and friendly operation of our lift systems, ensuring a pleasant experience for all guests. Your role is vital in maintaining the safety and efficiency of lift operations, contributing to an unforgettable mountain experience.

Position Specifications:

  • Housing: May be available.
  • Expected Wage Range: $22.00 per hour.
  • Shift & Schedule Availability:
    • Working between 8-10 hours per day.
    • Availability on weekends and holidays as required.
  • Skill Level: Entry Level.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor passenger safety while providing clear instructions and excellent customer service during the loading and unloading process.
  • Operate the lift to maximize capacity in accordance with operational guidelines.
  • Report any maintenance or repair needs to the appropriate departments.
  • Collaborate with the Lift Maintenance team to understand lift equipment operations.
  • Implement emergency protocols as necessary, including communication with safety personnel.
  • Prepare the lift for operation, including the setup and disassembly of the loading area.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety in the work area.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • No prior experience is required; comprehensive training will be provided.
  • Ability to make quick decisions and exercise sound judgment regarding safety.
  • Physical capability to assist guests during lift loading, including lifting up to 40 lbs.
  • Willingness to work outdoors in a mountain environment for extended periods.
  • Availability to work weekends and holidays as needed.
  • Professional demeanor when handling high volumes of guests.
  • Flexibility to perform various tasks as needed, especially during peak times.

The expected pay range is $22.00 per hour. This reflects the compensation we anticipate for this role, with individual decisions based on various factors.
