- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
- Results-Driven: Focused on meeting recruitment targets and timelines.
- Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing recruitment needs and priorities.
- Experience as a Bilingual Recruiter: Previous experience in bilingual recruitment, with a solid understanding of recruitment best practices and legal requirements.
- Proficiency in Recruitment Tools: Familiarity with various recruitment tools and platforms for sourcing and managing candidates.
- Knowledge of EEO Laws: Understanding of equal employment opportunity (EEO) laws and other regulatory guidelines.
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM. Enjoy a consistent schedule with no nights or weekends ever, allowing for a great work-life balance.
