Bilingual Payroll Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Payroll Coordinator to join our team at ATRIA Consulting LLC.
Responsibilities:
Provide assistance in entering and paying all wage garnishments.
Assist employees with payroll-related inquiries, including accuracy of payments, leave balance inquiries, forms, and timekeeping system assistance.
Process payroll for salaried employees.
Process property payroll transfer reports.
Ensure benefits deductions are accurate.
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of experience in timesheet preparation and reconciliation, payroll preparation, and customer service in a high-volume environment.
High School Diploma / GED Equivalence.
Must be bilingual in Spanish.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
