Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage restoration projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
- Supervise and train technicians to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Conduct site inspections to identify potential issues and develop solutions to prevent delays or rework.
- Communicate with customers, adjusters, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution and resolution.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation, including project notes, photos, and customer signatures.
- Collaborate with the operations team to develop and implement process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred.
- Valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Proven experience in disaster restoration or a related field.
- Knowledge of industry standards, codes, and regulations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
The incumbent must be able to:
- Move up to 70 pounds frequently, by lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, or otherwise repositioning objects.
- Stand and walk for extended periods, with occasional lifting, squatting, crawling, and crouching.
- Express or exchange ideas with others and receive and act on detailed information given.
- Be exposed to various inside and outside working conditions, including temperature extremes.
