Job Overview

PuroClean Disaster Restoration of Greenfield is seeking a skilled Mitigation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our restoration team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the highest level of quality in all aspects of our production processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver outstanding customer satisfaction and exceed our WOW Promise
  • Effectively perform all aspects of the production processes, including mold, water, fire, biohazard, and contents work
  • Continuously develop and improve production skills and expertise
  • Ensure the care and maintenance of our equipment, as well as respect for our customers' properties
  • Follow all uniform and policy guidelines
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date work documentation
  • Ensure a clean and orderly appearance at all job sites
  • Communicate effectively with office staff, supervisors, and fellow technicians
Requirements
  • Willingness to learn and grow with our company
  • Attention to detail in organization, cleanliness, and care for facilities, assets, and equipment
  • Aptitude for record-keeping, recording information, and communication
  • Awareness and respect for safety, using caution with teammates and customers
  • Ability to multitask, handle deadlines, and demonstrate organizational and leadership skills
  • Must have a basic toolkit and a smartphone; specialty tools and other electronic devices will be provided by the company for shared use
  • Ability to lift at least 50 pounds and be comfortable standing for prolonged periods
