POSITION SUMMARY

Our Guest Services Coordinators are proactive in delivering a comprehensive array of services that assist guests throughout their stay.

They possess the autonomy to navigate their environment and address needs as they arise.

Whether managing operational tasks, responding to guest inquiries, compiling reports, or highlighting local attractions, the Guest Services Coordinator ensures that every interaction enhances the overall experience.


Success in this role hinges on several key factors – fostering a safe work environment, adhering to company policies and procedures, maintaining confidentiality, safeguarding company assets, upholding quality standards, and ensuring professionalism in uniform, appearance, and communication.

Guest Services Coordinators will be active and engaged (standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods) and will adopt a hands-on approach to their responsibilities (moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance).

Executing these tasks effectively (along with other reasonable duties as assigned) is essential for Guest Services Coordinators to ensure satisfaction for both our guests and our business.


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Education:
High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.

Related Work Experience:
No prior experience required.

Supervisory Experience:
