Position Overview:

The Consumer Finance Sales Consultant (CFSC) role is a dynamic, performance-driven position focused on achieving individual and branch sales objectives while ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires adherence to all applicable regulations and company policies, with a strong emphasis on detail-oriented service and sales excellence. The CFSC will actively contribute to the center's performance goals and metrics as established by management.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales, Customer Engagement, and Marketing: Collaborate to meet the center's performance targets as outlined by management. Employ effective sales strategies to enhance customer experiences and utilize marketing techniques to drive customer acquisition both in-store and online. Manage a growing portfolio of consumer loans, providing tailored financial solutions to meet customer needs. Build and nurture relationships with customers throughout the loan process, ensuring they fully understand the terms of their agreements. Foster trust with customers and colleagues by embodying the organization's core values and mission. Execute community marketing initiatives to boost sales and customer engagement, while maintaining accurate marketing records.

Operational Compliance and Collections: Assist in managing the center's financial performance to meet budgetary goals and expectations. Ensure compliance with company policies and all relevant regulations. Maintain accurate cash handling procedures and security protocols. Input customer and transaction data accurately into the sales system, ensuring comprehensive customer records are maintained. Conduct collection activities as approved, documenting all interactions and outcomes.

Team Collaboration and Leadership: Support a positive team environment by working collaboratively with colleagues to enhance the overall customer experience.

Qualifications:

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required; some college education preferred.

Experience: Prior experience in sales or customer service is essential; one year of experience in sales, retail, banking, or collections is preferred.

Skills: Strong mathematical abilities, effective verbal communication skills, and the capacity to manage detailed information. Ability to interact professionally and build relationships, negotiate terms, and ensure compliance with industry regulations. Proficiency in necessary computer applications for processing transactions and maintaining records.

Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods, engage in walking and light lifting, and perform tasks requiring mobility and dexterity. Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation for business-related activities.
