We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Medical Telemetry team at Centerpoint Medical Center. As a RN Resident, you will have the opportunity to develop your clinical skills and knowledge in a supportive and collaborative environment.
Responsibilities- Assess patient condition and provide individualized care to meet their unique needs.
- Collaborate with medical providers and other members of the care team to ensure comprehensive care.
- Perform procedures, monitoring, and other functions as ordered by medical providers.
- Document patient care in a timely and thorough manner.
- Teach patients, families, and caregivers about patient medical condition, treatment plan, and follow-up measures.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of employment.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification within 1 year of employment.
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
- Registered Nurse License or Graduate Nurse in the State.
