Our Nurse Residency Program is a comprehensive, 12-month program designed to provide new graduate nurses with the skills and confidence they need to succeed in today's fast-paced healthcare environment. Through a combination of classroom instruction, hands-on training, and mentorship, you'll gain the knowledge and expertise to excel in your role and advance your career.

Eligibility

To be eligible for our Nurse Residency Program, you must:

  • Be a recent nursing graduate with an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing
  • Have a valid Registered Nurse license in the state
  • Have no previous experience as a registered nurse
