About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior IT Project Manager to lead divestiture projects from initiation to closure. The successful candidate will oversee the separation of assets, services, or business units, ensuring timely, within-budget and compliant execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, setting objectives, timelines and resource allocation.
  • Stakeholder Management: Engage with senior leadership, functional teams, external parties to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Team Leadership: Guide cross-functional teams, providing direction, support and coaching to ensure successful project execution.
  • Risk Management: Identify, assess and mitigate risks associated with Divestiture Projects
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to organizational policies and legal obligations.
  • Financial Management: Determine monthly buyers cost by comparing the GL and the application support for a facility. Tracking SOWs for any expenses requested by the Buyer.
  • Due-Diligence: Collecting the Due-Diligence information pertaining to a facility (hardware/Software/Application support) in a timely manner.
  • Pre-Sale: Responsible for all the pre-sale activities pertaining to divestiture to prepare the facility for the cut-over.
  • Cut-Over: Works closely with the Buyer, Security to ensure that the cut-over is smooth with minimal disruption at the facility.
  • Post TSA Support: Responsible for all the support activities to ensure that we are providing the support as per the guidelines outlined in the IT-TSA.
