Consejo Counseling and Referral Service is seeking a full-time Behavioral Health Clinical Supervisor to oversee our South Park location. As a clinical supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality mental health services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise, train, and mentor therapists, interns, and other clinical staff to ensure compliance with Washington State Codes, federal Medicaid regulations, and manage care regulations.
- Oversee day-to-day clinical operations of the company, including the rotation of on-call supervisors for all programs.
- Consult and collaborate with other professionals, supervisors, and agencies on client evaluations, treatment plans, and follow-up to ensure optimal client outcomes.
- Attend mandatory clinical training and department meetings to continuously improve professional development.
- Assist with providing education and information to the community, as well as serving on committees, task forces, and special assignments as needed.
Requirements:
- A valid DOH License in Social Work, Mental Health, or Marriage & Family.
- A completed State-approved clinical supervisor training certificate.
- 2+ years of supervisory experience.
- 5+ years of experience treating adults and children with mental health conditions.
- Experience conducting Quality Assurance Reviews.
- A valid driver's license, acceptable driving record, reliable transportation, and car insurance.
- Spanish preferred.
Work Schedule:
This full-time position works a typical schedule of 8 AM - 5 PM, Monday to Friday.
Salary:
$75,000 - $95,000 a year depending on qualifications and experience.
