Front Desk Hospitality Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Front Desk Agent to join our team at Aimbridge Hospitality. As a key member of our front office staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, registering guests, and ensuring their stay is comfortable and enjoyable.

About You:
- You have a high school diploma or equivalent and/or relevant experience in a hotel or related field.
- You possess a positive and upbeat personality, with a desire to deliver outstanding customer service.
- You can effectively multitask, be detail-oriented, and problem-solve to deal with internal and external customers.
- You must be able to convey information and ideas clearly, evaluate options quickly, and work well under pressure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome all guests approaching the Front Desk, maintaining a friendly and warm demeanor.
- Maintain proper operation of the telephone switchboard and ensure performance standards are met.
