Position Overview

The Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania is seeking an Athletic Program Coordinator to oversee the operational aspects of our Women's Lacrosse team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the logistics and management of PAWLA programming and communications.
  • Provide high-level administrative assistance to the Women's Lacrosse team.
  • Support budget oversight and travel arrangements.
  • Ensure adherence to NCAA and Ivy League regulations.

Required Qualifications

  • A Bachelor of Science degree with 2 to 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience in administration, education, leadership, or coaching is essential.
  • Exceptional organizational and communication abilities.
  • Familiarity with technology and social media platforms.
  • A strong interest in coaching or athletic administration is preferred.
  • Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and travel as needed.
  • A valid driver's license is required.
