Job Title: Shopper Marketing Manager

Perdue Farms is a leading provider of premium proteins, and we're seeking a skilled Shopper Marketing Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Omnichannel Shopper team, you'll work closely with cross-functional partners to build out our shopper data and retail analytics practice.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute shopper marketing plans that drive category and brand growth objectives
  • Collaborate with retailers to understand their shopper data and insights
  • Use data visualization tools like PowerBI to analyze and present insights to stakeholders
  • Work with the Shopper Insights leader to develop learning plans that deepen our understanding of assigned customers and their shoppers
  • Act as the expert voice of the shopper for assigned customers, bringing insights and behavioral observations back to the organization
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or data analytics
  • 3-5+ years of experience with retailer data sets and analysis of shopper behavior
  • Competency with PowerBI and other advanced data visualization tools
  • Experience with Kroger-specific data sets and tools
What We Offer:
  • Competitive salary range of $63,000 - $95,000 per year
  • Annual bonus available based on performance
