Business Development Representative

Centric Business Systems - powered by UBEO is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our team.
Job SummaryWe are looking for a sales professional with a strong track record of success in business-to-business sales. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to prospect, research, and network to identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities- Prospect and research new business opportunities through telephone, email, and social media
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to identify their business needs and provide tailored solutions
- Work closely with business analysts and specialists to conduct client needs analysis and develop solutions
- Present and close solutions offers to clients
- Manage client relationships throughout the lifecycle of their contracts
- Meet or exceed revenue and gross profit expectations
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
- Minimum 4+ years of successful business-to-business sales experience
- Demonstrated ability to meet and/or exceed pre-set sales and activity quotas
- Proven track record of developing and maintaining client relationships
- Ability to sit at desk for prolonged periods of time
- Ability to talk on the phone and work with various computer tools and applications
- Ability to type and compose written communication in various forms
- Ability to operate a motor vehicle for travel to client sites
