Key Responsibilities

  • Consistently achieve and surpass monthly sales targets in terms of Revenue, Gross Profit %, Gross Profit Dollars, and new revenue generation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing Offix clients, ensuring adherence to Offix's Customer Engagement standards.
  • Meet Offix's activity benchmarks as outlined in the Activity Level documentation and during one-on-one sessions with management.
  • Accurately and promptly enter data into the CRM system to establish a robust opportunity pipeline.
  • Respond to inquiries from customers, prospects, and colleagues in a timely manner through various communication channels.
  • Develop and implement an effective sales call strategy.
  • Foster and enhance relationships with current and potential clients through meetings, calls, and emails.
  • Conduct site visits to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Engage in new business development activities, including cold calling, scheduling appointments, and creating solution proposals for presentations.
  • Gain a comprehensive understanding of clients' businesses and their specific needs.
  • Continuously expand knowledge of all Offix product offerings.
  • Participate in product and solution demonstrations.
  • Regularly update the CRM system with all sales-related activities.
  • Achieve monthly and annual revenue goals for both existing clients and new business ventures.

Skills and Activities

  • Formulate a sales strategy to meet sales objectives within the assigned territory.
  • Conduct sales activities, including needs assessments and system design, to support the sale of more profitable products in the connected environment.
  • Implement marketing strategies to cultivate a loyal and profitable customer base, ensuring ongoing revenue from support, supplies, and services.
  • Join networking organizations to create opportunities for professional connections.
  • Communicate effectively and accurately with clients and internal teams.
  • Attend training sessions, sales meetings, and Offix-sponsored networking events.
  • Proficiently handle objections, installations, and training for key operators.
  • Adhere to and promote company values, direction, and strategic plans.
  • Practice effective time management daily.
  • Approach each day with self-discipline and a sense of urgency.
  • Possess in-depth knowledge of Offix procedures for proposals and be proficient with company software.
  • Understand various roles within Offix to seek assistance from the appropriate personnel.
  • Exhibit proficiency in all forms of written communication, including proposals and cost justifications.
  • Follow up on customer issues to ensure swift resolution and return all communications within four business hours.
  • Be punctual and prepared for all scheduled meetings.
  • Ensure the confidentiality of provided information.
  • Collaborate effectively as part of a team.
  • Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Possess solid knowledge of networking and computer systems.
  • Embrace the Offix customer-centric culture.
  • Exhibit strong presentation skills and maintain a professional demeanor.
  • Have reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and proof of insurance.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of business-to-business sales experience, preferably in the office products sector.
  • Exceptional selling skills, including cold calling, networking, and lead generation, with a proven ability to close deals.
  • Strong understanding of fundamental selling techniques, along with excellent organizational skills and a consistent follow-up ability.
