Position Overview

We are in search of a proactive Project Manager / Estimator to spearhead business development in Virginia. This position encompasses client acquisition, relationship management, and oversight of projects within the petroleum sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Uphold health and safety regulations
  • Exhibit strong organizational capabilities, resourcefulness, and meticulous attention to detail
  • Identify and resolve regulatory or mechanical challenges associated with fuel systems
  • Calculate project costs and manage budgets with precision
  • Oversee project coordination and maintain effective communication with stakeholders
  • Build and nurture robust partnerships with contractors and suppliers
  • Keep comprehensive records of services rendered to clients
  • Broaden client outreach and strengthen ties with regulatory bodies
  • Execute additional responsibilities as assigned by management

Qualifications and Skills

  • Understanding of DEQ regulations and industry standards
  • Familiarity with NFPA 30, PEI 100 & API guidelines
  • Competence in utilizing computer systems
  • 40 Hour OSHA Training (Preferred)
  • STI inspector certification (Preferred)
  • Possession of a valid driver's license with a clean driving record
