Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Market Development Manager to join our team at Haemonetics. As a key member of our commercial organization, you will be responsible for executing the strategic market development and operational plan for our Interventional Technologies product.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute regional market development business plans in a quarterly quota-based system.
  • Gain access and develop physician champions in targeted accounts, leveraging corporate resources such as value presentations, economic calculators, and advisory boards.
  • Make key presentations to gain the support of key stakeholders, including physician leaders, service line VPs/executive directors, IDN leaders, and C-Suite personnel.
  • Develop KOL advocates to educate and influence key stakeholders outside of their own accounts regionally and nationally.
  • Support Corporate Accounts contract discussions with hospital and IDN leadership as required to gain account access, ensuring Cardiva meets or exceeds both ASP and revenue growth goals.
  • Collaborate with the field team to coordinate account activities, ensuring the company acts as one integrated team.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 8+ years of related experience in medical sales, market development, and HealthCare Economics & Outcomes Research (HCEOR).
  • BA/BS or equivalent experience preferred.
  • MBA or MHA preferred.
  • Demonstrated consultative selling skills in a complex sales cycle in the medical field.
  • Proven business acumen with the ability to utilize clinical data, business analytics, targeting, and prioritizing key accounts along with stakeholders.
Work Environment

This role requires occasional lifting of up to 25 lb. and 50% domestic travel.
