Compensation:

$85,000+ Commission-Based

Key Responsibilities:
  • Consult with clients to identify their property preferences and facilitate successful transactions.
  • Actively seek new business opportunities by following up with leads to ensure growth.
  • Maintain consistent communication with leads to expand the sales pipeline.
  • Draft purchase offers for clients to streamline the closing process.
  • Provide exceptional service and advice to nurture client relationships and encourage repeat business.
  • Engage with leads to boost sales opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain client relationships to generate additional business.
  • Host open houses to showcase agency listings.
  • Oversee the entire transaction process from listing to closing for a seamless experience.
  • Attract potential clients to drive new business initiatives.
  • Stay updated on local market trends to address inquiries about properties and neighborhoods.
Qualifications:
  • Valid Real Estate License required.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Self-motivated with a strong drive for success.
  • Proficient with technology.
  • Previous sales experience is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Must possess a valid TX Real Estate license.
  • Demonstrated success with at least $4M in real estate sales volume in the previous year.
  • Strong work ethic and a positive entrepreneurial mindset.
  • A desire for independent work and control over professional development.
