- Host open houses to promote agency listings.
- Manage the entire transaction process from listing to closing to ensure a seamless experience.
- Attract prospective clients to drive new business.
- Stay informed about local market conditions to answer questions about potential homes and neighborhoods.
- A valid Real Estate License.
- Organized and manages time effectively.
- Self-motivation and drive.

- Past sales experience is preferred.
- Great communication and social skills.
- A valid TX Real Estate license.
- Closed at least $4M in real estate sales volume in the past year.
- Strong work ethic and an optimistic entrepreneurial mindset.
