KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Sales Performance:
  • Achieves company sales targets by employing effective sales strategies and sharing product knowledge with customers; assists in merchandise selection based on customer preferences.
  • Keeps updated on current promotions and maintains visual and pricing standards.
  • Upholds standards in merchandise handling, presentation, and loss prevention, as directed by management.
  • Engages in visual merchandising initiatives, including monthly store setups and area maintenance.

Customer Service Excellence:
  • Embodies and promotes the principles of exceptional personal service, ensuring a seamless omni-channel experience.
  • Addresses customer inquiries and resolves concerns promptly.
  • Facilitates a swift and efficient checkout process, staying informed on policies regarding payments, returns, and exchanges.
  • Encourages additional purchases at checkout, including gift card sales.
  • Enrolls clients in loyalty programs.
  • Cultivates and maintains a loyal customer base through personalized service and wardrobe consultations.
  • Remains knowledgeable about current product offerings and styles available both in-store and online.
  • Maintains regular communication with clients through a customer engagement book.

Operational Support:
  • Assists in replenishment efforts to ensure the store remains well-stocked.
  • Aids in locating merchandise as needed.
  • Contributes to visual merchandising tasks, including floor layouts and signage placement.
  • Supports store cleanliness and organization.

Team Collaboration and Development:
  • Fosters a collaborative approach to problem-solving within the team.
  • Seeks opportunities for personal growth and actively requests feedback.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous retail or sales experience is preferred.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to adapt to company-provided technology.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
  • Regular attendance is crucial to meet company objectives, with a flexible schedule required.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
  • Frequent walking and standing throughout the shift.
  • Occasional lifting of up to 50 lbs.
  • Regular climbing as part of job duties.
