We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Survivability Engineer to join our team and contribute to the development of cutting-edge systems that redefine the art of stealth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and integrate low observable systems to reduce radar cross-section and electromagnetic signature
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and test advanced stealth technologies
  • Apply expertise in electromagnetic analysis and modeling to optimize system performance
  • Work closely with customers to understand their requirements and deliver tailored solutions
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in stealth technology and apply this knowledge to drive innovation
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a STEM field and 8 years of relevant experience, or Master's degree and 6 years of experience, or Ph.D. and 0 years of experience
  • Active DoD Secret clearance and ability to obtain Special Access Program (SAP) clearance
  • Experience with Northrop Grumman proprietary computational electromagnetic analysis codes or similar tools
  • Strong understanding of electromagnetic energy transmission and materials
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
