- Accountability: Partner with partners to set sales targets, track progress, and drive accountability.
- New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities with partners and internal stakeholders.
- Promotion Management: Develop and execute promotion strategies to drive sales growth.
- Financial Analysis: Evaluate financial packages and manage KPIs for customer contractual agreements.
- Subject Matter Expertise: Serve as an internal subject matter expert for assigned partners, providing education and support to internal teams.
- External Expertise
- Customer Experience: Deliver best-in-class customer experience through process improvement and timely payment to partners.
- Competitive Intelligence: Gather and curate information on the competitive landscape in partner channels.
- Support Functions: Support budget management and various initiatives as needed.
- Bachelor's degree or higher required.
- 3-5 years of industry experience, preferably in client-facing roles.
- Effective communication skills across internal and external teams.
- Intermediate knowledge of business tools (PPT, Excel, etc.).
- Ability to build relationships, lead teams, and influence others.
- Proven problem-solving skills and ability to drive execution of objectives.
- Ability to work independently and set priorities, goals, and timetables.
