Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at SHI GmbH. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strategic relationships with our OEM partners.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute business growth strategies for assigned OEM partners
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers at OEM partner companies
- Provide sales support and training to internal sales teams
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales initiatives
- Monitor and analyze sales pipeline and performance metrics
- 2+ years of experience in sales or business development
- Proven track record of driving business growth and developing strategic relationships
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
