Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Travel Customer Service Representative to join our team at Booking with Brooke. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional travel experiences to our customers, ensuring their needs are met, and exceeding their expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide prompt and courteous assistance to customers via various communication channels, addressing their travel-related inquiries, concerns, and requests.
  • Travel Arrangements: Offer personalized recommendations and solutions to customers seeking travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, car rentals, and activities.
  • Booking and Reservation Processing: Process bookings and reservations accurately, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Issue Resolution: Assist customers with itinerary changes, cancellations, and refunds, demonstrating empathy and understanding in handling their requests.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to resolve customer issues and inquiries effectively, ensuring a seamless travel experience.
  • Knowledge and Training: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel destinations, trends, and industry developments to provide informed assistance and recommendations to customers.
Requirements
  • Customer Service Orientation: Strong customer service orientation with a passion for helping others.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Technical Skills: Ability to navigate computer systems and proficiency in using customer service software and tools.
  • Attention to Detail: Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in processing bookings and reservations.
  • Adaptability: Adaptability to work in a fast-paced, work-from-home environment while maintaining professionalism and composure.
  • Previous Experience: Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred but not required.
