Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional support to our clients in the banking industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or related fields
  • Ability to build rapport with clients and provide excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive and professional demeanor

Work Environment:

Full-time candidates must be available to work Monday-Friday 8:00am - 8:00pm with various shifts available. Additionally, candidates must be available to work Saturdays 9-5 with a 3 on 1 off rotation to start, eventually moving to a 2 on 2 off schedule. The position is not remote and requires in-office work.

Training and Development:

Two weeks of comprehensive training will be provided to ensure a smooth transition into the role.
