Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop a team of Front End Department associates to achieve sales, productivity, and customer satisfaction goals
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve operational efficiency, and enhance customer experience
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of business initiatives
  • Maintain high levels of product knowledge and stay up-to-date on industry trends
  • Coach and mentor associates to develop skills and address performance gaps

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of retail operations experience, preferably in a leadership role
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving operational efficiency
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
  • Able to lift up to 25 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment
