Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Crowd Control Specialist to join our team at Hard Rock. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our patrons and team members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide security coverage to ensure the safety of patrons and team members
  • Assist patrons with inquiries and situations, including providing information and directions
  • Prepare detailed incident reports in a clear and precise manner
  • Assist in the coordination and resolution of emergency situations
  • Discreetly notify managers of concerns
