  • Managing the complete project lifecycle, from pre-construction planning to project closeout.
  • Formulating and overseeing project schedules, budgets, and resource distribution to enhance project productivity.
  • Collaborating effectively with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure strict adherence to project specifications.
  • Administering comprehensive project documentation, permits, and regulatory compliance throughout the project duration.
  • Conducting regular site visits and inspections to proactively monitor progress and identify potential issues for timely resolution.
  • Resolving conflicts and challenges that may emerge during the construction process efficiently.
  • Prioritizing the safety of all personnel on the construction site.
  • Maintaining transparent communication with stakeholders to provide regular project updates and address any concerns promptly.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • A minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a Project Manager with a successful track record in managing Commercial Construction Projects independently.
  • Expertise in utilizing construction management software such as ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera, HeavyBid, and Civil 3D for effective project execution.
  • Strong time management abilities to meet project deadlines efficiently.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally to various project sites as necessary.
  • Capability to perform under pressure and deliver results within stringent deadlines.
  • Outstanding negotiation skills along with proficiency in contract management for favorable project outcomes.
