As a Customer Care Specialist, you will become part of a quality-focused team. Customer Service Representatives are expected to uphold high standards and demonstrate the ability to manage multiple tasks without sacrificing quality. The ideal candidate will address a range of telephone inquiries concerning various issues while delivering exceptional customer service consistently.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

Your key responsibilities will center around resolving telephone inquiries related to customer accounts. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Handling calls from both internal and external customers
  • Maintaining customer accounts and updating information in various databases
  • Providing clear explanations of programs, benefits, and policies
  • Ensuring customer account retention
  • Tracking the reasons for each call to guarantee successful resolutions

Problem Solving/Analytical Skills:

You must be capable of resolving challenging or high-pressure situations with minimal supervision and handle multiple tasks effectively.

Communication Skills:

Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential, along with good listening abilities.

Interpersonal Skills:

Ability to interact positively with customers and colleagues daily to support the program and callers. You should be able to resolve difficult situations independently and maintain a high degree of accuracy.

Requirements:

A High School Diploma or equivalent is required, along with one year of work experience. Six months of customer service experience, preferably in a contact center, is also needed.
