Position: Customer Support Representative

Location: Various Locations
Compensation: $17.00 per Hour
Work Schedule: Part-Time, 28 hours Per Week

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with customers to ascertain their RV requirements
  • Generate sales opportunities and guide customers through the purchasing journey
  • Ensure consistent follow-up with clients and relay information regarding our offerings
  • Collaborate closely with sales personnel and fellow team members
  • Assist with administrative tasks and support the Communications Department as required
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years in sales and customer service roles
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities
  • Capable of working autonomously as well as part of a team
  • Proficient in computer applications and customer relationship management systems
  • Adept at multitasking in a fast-paced setting
Physical Demands
  • Ability to walk, sit, climb, balance, and lift up to 20 pounds
  • Good vision and capacity to adjust focus
  • Comfortable operating in a moderately noisy environment
