The role of the Interim Property Maintenance Associate at Campus Trails involves providing temporary support during property unit transitions. A successful candidate will excel in delivering outstanding customer service to residents and assisting the on-site team with various turnover tasks. This temporary position may open doors for future opportunities within Tailwind Group Inc.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Exhibit exceptional customer service during interactions with residents, prospects, vendors, officials, and community members.
  • Evaluate units for necessary repairs, cleaning, and painting.
  • Carry out light maintenance, cleaning, and painting tasks.
  • Execute additional responsibilities as assigned by the Property Manager.

  • Exhibit a high degree of integrity and professionalism.
  • Possess strong organizational, administrative, and communication skills.
  • Be a self-starter who thrives in a collaborative environment.
  • Demonstrate the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with professionalism.
  • Maintain confidentiality regarding tenant and property information.
  • Be available to work as required throughout the turnover period.
  • Capable of standing, lifting, and bending for extended periods (with breaks) in diverse environments.
