Position Overview

The Seasonal Stadium Maintenance Associate is responsible for the thorough cleaning and restocking of supplies in designated areas within a sports venue.

The areas of responsibility may include restrooms, suites, concourses, and other public spaces. The associate must demonstrate flexibility and a willingness to undertake all assigned tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of facilities.
  • Perform extensive cleaning tasks, including floor maintenance, carpet shampooing, wall washing, and waste removal.
  • Alert management regarding the need for repairs or improvements to facility systems.
  • Foster effective communication and collaboration with clients, colleagues, supervisors, and management.
  • Adhere to all safety, security, compliance, and quality standards set forth by the company and regulatory bodies.
  • Exhibit flexibility and readiness to complete all assigned duties.
Event Cleaning Duties
  • Ensure restrooms are fully stocked and available for guest use at all times.
  • Promptly address any spills or messes in designated areas.
  • Utilize appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and approved cleaning agents for bodily fluid clean-ups.
  • Maintain an adequately stocked supply closet for restroom upkeep.
  • Assist guests with navigation and directions within the venue.
  • Comply with all safety and personnel regulations.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Note: Job responsibilities may be adjusted as necessary.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Ability to work in various weather conditions.
  • Capability to work at elevated heights.
  • Ability to work independently without direct supervision.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and follow supervisory direction.
  • Must be physically capable of performing all job-related tasks.
