Job Summary:

The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of estimates and installation materials. This role requires strong attention to detail and effective communication skills to manage relationships with estimators, stores, and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Estimate Review: Verify all details have required materials for installation and ensure accuracy of custom charges.
  • Customer Service: Manage relationships with customers to uphold high service standards and handle phone calls and emails professionally and promptly.
  • Installation Support: Assist with refigures and provide support to the Support Team Lead as needed.

Requirements:

  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, effective written and verbal communication, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Personal Qualities: Integrity, credibility, and ethical behavior.

Working Conditions:

The role involves indoor work with the possibility of deviations due to customer issues. Expect regular evening, holiday, and weekend work. The job includes handling challenging clients, continuous phone and computer communication, sitting, standing, and lifting.
