Medical Laboratory Scientist in Rural Oregon

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Laboratory Technologist or Technician to join our team in Eastern Oregon. This is a permanent, full-time position offering a competitive salary, full benefits, and potential for relocation assistance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform specialized laboratory procedures with independence and accuracy.
- Train and educate laboratory personnel and others, contributing to our continuing education program.
- Verify and check documentation of less experienced laboratory personnel, ensuring high-quality results.
- Act as lead in the absence of a supervisor/manager, preparing schedules and drafting procedures as needed.
- Participate in special projects as assigned.
Requirements:
- ASCP certification (or eligibility/equivalent certification)
- Bachelor's Degree in Science or Associate Degree in Science
- Experience is highly preferred
