Medical Laboratory Scientist in Rural Oregon

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Laboratory Scientist to join our team in Eastern Oregon. As a key member of our laboratory team, you will be responsible for performing specialized procedures, training and teaching laboratory personnel, and contributing to our continuing education program.
Key Responsibilities:- Independently perform complex laboratory procedures and tests.
- Train and educate laboratory personnel on new procedures and techniques.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of laboratory policies and procedures.
- Assist in the maintenance of laboratory equipment and supplies.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- ASCP certification (or eligibility/equivalent certification).
- Bachelor's Degree in Science or Associate Degree in Science.
- Experience in a medical laboratory setting is highly preferred.
