We are seeking a highly skilled Laboratory Supervisor to join our team at a not-for-profit, small hospital in Northern Oregon. Job Summary:
Under the laboratory director, the Lab Supervisor will oversee the general lab, microbiology, and point of care sections. The ideal candidate will have a BS Degree in Medical Laboratory Technology/Clinical Laboratory Science (or related field) and ASCP Certification as a Medical Laboratory Scientist, OR Medical Technology.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the general lab, microbiology, and point of care sections
- Ensure compliance with laboratory regulations and standards
- Develop and implement laboratory policies and procedures
- Supervise laboratory staff and provide guidance and training as needed
