About the Role

We're seeking a seasoned Senior Product Manager to lead our Marketplace Product group at HubSpot. As a critical member of our Product Triad, you'll create a shared vision and cohesive roadmap for the future of this product area. You'll drive alignment, set goals, build understanding, and motivate others across the company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a product strategy that aligns with customer needs, business goals, and global market indicators.
  • Partner closely with engineering and design teams to create a high-value product that's both powerful and easy to use.
  • Use data to identify opportunities to improve our customers' experience and devise strategy to execute your ideas.
  • Guide new product ideas from initial concept through launch.
  • Understand our customers and their journey through the product by engaging with them directly and often.
What We're Looking For
  • Experience launching products successfully to customers.
  • A multidisciplinary approach to thinking, combining market, business, and technical insights to identify opportunities and weigh tradeoffs.
  • Prior experience and a high-level of comfort with technical systems, system architecture, development tools, and workflow.
  • The ability to articulate product vision to a variety of audiences.
  • Experience in partnering closely with engineering and design teams on a regular basis.
